6. The auspicious planet for marriage is Venus, and whenever Venus is in its childhood position, it remains weak and unable; therefore, it should not do marriage in this situation. Let us tell you that Venus or Shukra remains in the childhood position three days after rising in the Eastern direction. When it moves around the Western direction, it remains in the childhood position for ten days which is not considered auspicious for marriage.

The first mention of the word Tithi means a date, however, Hindu astrology mentions a very detailed explanation of Tithi. Tithi or date has a profound effect on our mind and brain. In astrology, one kind of movement of the moon is called tithi. It is calculated from the Pratipadha of Shuklapaksha (1st tithi) to Amavasya (30th tithi). From the Post Amavasya Prathipadu to the full moon or Purnima, the Tithis are of the Shukla Paksha. After Purnima, starting from Pratipadh to Amavasya, the Tithis fall under the KrishnaPaksha. That is, in a month, there are two Pakshas, the Shuklapaksha and the Krishna paksha. Apart from Purnima and Amavasya, the names of the other Tithis are similar.  

Each one has a name, a planet and a special place in Muhurat. To know its location in Muhurat, it is important to first know that both Nakshatra and Tithi are different. Since both are connected to each other, we need to know both. Tithi is a water element and it shows the state of our mind. Nakshatra is an air element and it explains the mind’s experiences. Tithi points to the successful and unsuccessful works and actions in future.

 These Tithis are divided into five numbers. These are Nanda, Bhadra, Jaya, Rikta and Poorna. These also include Chaturthi, Navami and Chaturdashi as Rikta Tithis. All these numbers give auspicious or bad results according to their name. 

Auspicious or Inauspicious Significance of Tithi 

1. Nanda Tithi

It is good to purchase jewellery, do business-related work in Nanda Tithi.

2. Bhadra Tithi

Health, Education of the start of new business is considered auspicious in Bhadra Tithi. 

3. Jaya Tithi

It is also good for the administration department, department of justice, foreign travel, court work.

4. Rikta Tithi

It is best to oppose enemies, operation, getting rid of debts.

5. Poorna Tithi

It is considered auspicious to fulfil the resolutions taken. 

Rikta Tithi is a symbol of solitude, peace and sacrifice. The natives born in this tithi or date, have a sense of affection and dedication to others.
